I went to Jeevika with a " soft tissue injury" they say. I went there primarily for the small swelling on my feet which I thought might be a bone related issue. Not only did they take two x-rays ***** ******* **** ** *** **** ** ** ******** *** *** *** even after confirming that there was no bone problems they adviced me to wear a cast for which the materials cost 1.5k and the charge for the procedure was 2k. *** **** *** **** ***** *** ***** *** *** I couldn't sleep due to an excruciating pain in my heels hence I had to remove my cast manually in the night *** ***** **** ** **** ** *** ****** *** **** ******** I feel that I had to spend 4.5k *** ** ******* The funny thing in all this is that after paying 400rs consultation fee, the doctor took not even five minutes to see my feet, that too outside in a verandah, not even a room. I'm really not happy with the way I was treated. Moreover, I was constantly cautioned by the staff for wearing an above the knee dress and they told me that doctors will not provide me treatment in that attire which they had no problem with when they were billing. I was asked on the face, why I did not wear a "churidaar bottom" or leggings when it was obvious that wearing a pant would be painful for me considering the state of my feet.

I visited doctor several times as I felt he is senior doctor....every time he don't listen to patients problems and writes prescription in hurry.Every time physiotherapy was suggested.

As a senior doctor we go and meet him with lot of hope assuming that we will get a solution after paying lot of fees.

He once diagnosed me with different issue because of his hurry and later I came to know that it's different problem.

I hope doctor will listen to patients problems without doing anything in hurry.

First doctor came 1 hour late then he spoke rudely then he asked for x ray then again we waited for 30 mins. Jeevika hospital staff behaviour is also bad.

The doctor is not at all suggested *** *** **** ** ********* *** ****** *** *** ***** ********* he suggested to have surgery. It costs more than 1 lakh for the upper arm humerus fracture. After 8 months, I went for the checkup to another doctor, **** * *** ** **** **** ** ********* *** ***** ***** ***** ***** ** *** ** *** ********** ** *** ***** ** ***** ***** ** *** ******* ********* *** ** ** ** *** ******* **** ** ******** ****** ** **** **** *** ******* ******* ** ***** ** ****** *** ******** ***** ***** ***** ******** *** *** ***** ***** ****** ** ******* ** **** *** *** **** ** ******* ** *** ********* *** **** *****

I had consulted him for 2 instances, he was very very rude *** ** **** ** ********** ***** *** ******* *** ******* ******** He wont even listen to you atleast for exactly 2.5 mins of time and if we try to get more clarification about the problem, always his reply will be like 'hey.. keep calm and listen to me, nothing is there get x-ray done and take that medicine, thats it, you leave my room'.

I thought of like not giving or getting any kind of impression with the single instance.

But when i went to him fo the second instance for bone fracture, its the same story.
